CyberDolls.ai Refund Policy

Refund policies vary depending on your subscription type, local laws, and account status. Please note that we cannot process a second refund request if a previous one has already been approved.

EU, UK, and Turkey Customers

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase for both monthly and annual plans. Please make sure to specify that you reside in the EU, United Kingdom, or Turkey when submitting your request.

All Other Customers

Monthly Subscriptions. You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Please include a brief explanation in your request.

Annual Subscriptions. You are eligible for a full refund if your request is submitted within 72 hours of the purchase date and time. No exceptions will be made beyond this window.

Note: During high-traffic periods, processing may be delayed. If you don’t receive a response within the expected timeframe, please wait 1–2 additional days before following up. We will always consider the date the request was submitted, not when it was answered.

How to Request a Refund

From a Computer. Go to cyberdolls.ai/account, click Manage Subscription, then Cancel Plan. After cancellation, an option to request a refund will appear. If it doesn’t, contact us by email or through the in-app support system.

iOS. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID used for the purchase. Locate the CyberDolls subscription and select Request a Refund.

Android. For purchases made on Android, contact us via email or using the support option found in the app’s Settings.

Additional Scenarios

Forgot to Cancel. If your request falls within the eligible timeframes listed above, we may be able to offer a refund.

Switching from Annual to Monthly. You may request a refund (if within the eligible period) and then subscribe to a monthly plan at the current price.

Account Terminated for Terms Violation. If your account is banned due to a violation of our Terms of Use, no refunds will be issued for unused time or remaining credits.
